This is all if you have been arrested for a non-injury DUI in Marin and are not in Custody or charged with a misdemeanor.

The one thing you should know about any Marin DUI case is that the District Attorney's Office does not plea bargain any Marin DUI case.  If the case is charged you will either have to plead guilty, or go to trial!
